JASMINE MONTGOMERY, CEO

Before setting up Seven, Jasmine was Managing Director of FutureBrand London. Having worked with her partner, David, to create the Zain brand across the Middle East and Africa, she knew she loved working with multicultural, multilingual brands. As Head of Branding for Singapore's largest bank, DBS, in the 1990's, Jasmine had first hand experience of building an international brand, leading the integration of acquisitions in Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia into the Singaporean master brand. American by birth but born in Indonesia and raised across Asia and Africa, Jasmine is never happier than when she is working across global markets.

Jasmine's background is in brand strategy, naming and market research, at companies such as Interbrand, Millward Brown and Fitch.

Jasmine is a frequent commentator on the BBC, CNN and CNBC. She has written numerous articles for the Financial Times and has been featured in articles on branding from The Independent to Marketing Week to Vogue. Jasmine has twice been invited to be a speaker in debates in Parliament on branding. She has often worked as an expert witness for Clifford Chance on court cases involving trademark disputes.

Jasmine was listed by the Sunday Times as one of the 35 Most Influential Women Under 35 (sadly she isn't 35 any more). Jasmine is currently writing a book on global branding.
